Processing vs. Transit: Please note that Processing Time (the time it takes to prepare and verify your kit) and Shipping Time (the time in transit with the carrier) are separate. Total delivery time will vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
Discreet Packaging: For your security, our survival systems ship in neutral packaging to maintain your privacy regarding your preparedness status.
Returns & Quality Assurance
Because these are life-safety products, our return policy ensures every customer receives gear that has never been compromised.
Unopened Items: We accept returns on unopened, unused gear within 30 days of delivery.
Safety Restriction: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food, water, or medical supplies once the original seals are broken.
Damaged or Missing Items: If your shipment arrives with any damages or shortages, please contact us within 48 hours so we can coordinate a solution immediately.
